About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Expert to join our marketing team and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing initiatives across Sirma’s diverse business units. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven hands-on experience in events, communications, digital marketing, and PPC campaign management.

Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple company departments in alignment with corporate objectives
• Plan, organize, and oversee corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and internal initiatives
• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (Google, Meta)
• Manage external communications, including PR, media relations, and messaging across digital platforms
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, HR, and product development
• Develop and schedule engaging social media content aligned with company objectives
• Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing regular reporting and insights
• Stay up to date with marketing, technology, and B2B industry trends to implement innovative approaches

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing management within the technology or B2B sector
• Proven expertise in PPC campaign management and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong background in developing integrated marketing strategies, event organization, and communications management
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian
