About the role 
We are looking for a Technical Hotel Solution Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge hotel operations and technology, supporting the integration of the PMS with our customers’ platforms. Drawing on hospitality experience, they will ensure smooth hotel onboarding, accurate data exchange, and effective communication with hotel teams, while developing technical expertise through training.

Your responsibilities
• Monitor the flow of data between the PMS and decision-making systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates for operational and strategic decisions
• Identify, investigate, and resolve integration or system issues, coordinating with hotel staff, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure that data across connected systems is accurate, complete, and well-maintained to support reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Work closely with hotel teams and technical colleagues to understand the needs and translate them into actionable items, when needed
• Actively develop technical knowledge and system expertise

Role's requirements
Demonstrated 2+ years of experience as Application support ( e.g. Python, AWS, Elastic)
• Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and data flows, with experience in monitoring, issue resolution, and data validation
• Proven analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot complex issues
• Technical curiosity with interest in programming or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) to support automation, reporting, and integration enhancements
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and deliver effective user support
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, building productive relationships with business users, technical teams, and vendors to achieve shared goals
• Adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge in hotel operations, PMS workflows, and hospitality processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in related educational area
Excellent verbal and written English at least B2 level
