About the role
We are seeking a Copywriter with experience in creating impactful, B2B-focused content for the technology sector. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that simplify complex concepts, resonate with business decision-makers, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Experience in the banking, insurance, and AI technology domains will be considered as a strong plus.

Key responsibilities
• Write and edit content for a variety of channels: website, blog, newsletters, social media, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, and press releases
• Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy that supports brand positioning and lead-generation campaigns
• Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to transform technical insights into accessible and compelling content
• Create thought-leadership pieces highlighting industry trends, customer success stories, and Sirma’s expertise in B2B technology
• Ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging across all touchpoints
• Support campaign development with content strategies that align with business goals
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in enterprise technology and B2B marketing best practices

Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a copywriter or content creator within the technology or B2B sector
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to write for enterprise audiences and complex solutions
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Bulgarian is a plus)
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear, engaging, and customer-centric manner
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both technical and commercial teams
• Knowledge or previous exposure to banking, insurance, and AI technologies will be considered a significant advantage
