About the role
We are looking for a Hotel Support Specialist to join our dynamic team for a project in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between hotel operations and technology, supporting PMS integration with our Customers’ platforms. Ensuring smooth property onboarding, accurate data exchange, and effective communication with hotel teams, while developing technical expertise through training.
Your responsibilities
• Monitor data flow between PMS and decision-making systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
• Identify, investigate, and resolve integration/system issues with hotel staff, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure data across systems is accurate, complete, and maintained for reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Collaborate with hotel teams and technical staff to understand needs and translate them into actions
• Actively develop technical knowledge and system expertise
Role's requirements
• 2+ years of experience hotel operations, with a good understanding of PMS usage and integrations with external systems
• Experience in hotel operations, front office, reservations, and other core hotel processes
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS or similar
• Committed to supporting hotel teams and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly
• Able to understand operational challenges, spot data/system patterns, and contribute to effective solutions
• Exposure to system integrations, data management, or hospitality tech is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends/discrepancies, and applying solutions
• Eager to learn new systems, processes, and with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in related educational area
• Excellent verbal and written English at least B2 level
