About the role
We’re looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Tirana, Albania, and help us expand our presence in the travel & hospitality industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and booking meetings with prospective clients (hotels, chains, OTAs, property management companies, and guest tech providers). You will focus on researching prospects, conducting outbound outreach (via email, phone, LinkedIn/other AI tools), and qualifying potential customers based on their needs.  

This is not a closing role—you’ll focus on opening doors and starting conversations. As the first SDR in Albania, you will have the opportunity to help build the outbound playbook and establish effective outreach strategies. 

Your responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads in the hospitality industry 
Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn/other AI tools 
Qualify prospects based on business needs, timing, and budget considerations 
Schedule and confirm meetings for Lead consultants, ensuring high attendance rates
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the system
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaigns; act as the bridge between outbound activities and industry consultant follow-ups
Share reports with the upper management regarding outreach and campaign results

Role's requirements
2-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level)
Comfortable with conducting high-volume outbound outreach on a daily basis 
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in lead generation or appointment setting
Experience using CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing, or dialers 
Proactive, motivated, and articulate communicator 

Advantages
Previous hospitality experience is a plus; strong prospecting skills and a willingness to learn the vertical are what matter  
Knowledge in Software Development, SaaS, or professional services
Proficiency in another language in addition to English
