At your core, you're a marketer, and now you're eager to leverage your passion and expertise within our expanding Marketing team to spearhead a new role as an Employer Branding Lead.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, you won't be focused on promoting our products. Instead, you'll be championing the value of working at Sirma, helping us attract top-tier candidates who align with our culture and mission, retain our existing talents and involving them in different company initiatives.

You're a strategic thinker when it comes to selecting channels and crafting messaging. You're not afraid to dive into executing campaigns, programs, and events. How you’ll make an impact:
• Developing and Executing the employer brand strategy in collaboration with the Recruitment and Marketing teams.
• Creating interesting and specific content for each platform – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, web, media outlets
• Building the company reputation as a good employer – internally and externally
• Organizing engaging internal social events and involving more employees
• Hosting internal contests and championships to enhance employee value proposition
• Facilitating team-building activities
• Managing the career website
• Determining channels to promote the company
• Optimizing channel and advertising spend
• Managing recruiting events and career shows
• Maintaining relationships with youth organizations, universities, and high schools to collaborate in common initiatives that develop and attract young and promising talent
• Supervising brand content such as press releases, artwork, print, merchandise, etc.
• Amplifying employee ambassadors
• Managing, tracking, measuring and reporting on social media campaign results
• Managing contracts with vendors and agencies
• Creating monthly company newsletter

The skills you’ll need:
• Understanding that an employer brand goes beyond just a logo, and being able to effectively communicate the value proposition of working at our company
• Having strong storytelling and writing skills, capable of creating various types of content ranging from blogs to emails to videos
• Encouraging employees to share their stories and employer reviews, thereby expanding our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
• Experience in planning and executing campaigns, programs, and events both internally and externally
• Being highly active on social media platforms, adept at attracting followers and maintaining engagement
• Experience in Meta Business Suite, Linkedin Ads and GA4
• Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams, supporting Business Units, and liaising with external agencies and vendors to achieve impactful results
• Previous experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing, or Advertising, and now ready to transition into the role of an Employer Branding Lead
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bulgarian for effective communication
