Sirma is about to launch a new marketing product on the market called Salexor and we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist  to help bring our product brand programs to life across channels. From high-level campaign strategy to the nitty gritty launch details to performance reporting, you’ll lead the charge in making it all happen.  Among the primary responsibilities of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist  are executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads and creating content for social media and the websites and to increase customer engagement. This candidate will report to our General Product Manager  and will play a key role in some of our most impactful campaigns and help us continually improve the process along the way.

Your Impact:
•    Creative Campaign Leadership: Develop and lead the creation of innovative campaign strategies that ensure our brand stands out in a competitive marketplace.
•    Social Media and Ad Campaigns: Oversee our social media channels and advertisement campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach and impact.
•    Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including websites, blogs, articles, and animated explainer videos, to drive user engagement.
•    SEO Management: Strategically manage organic search campaigns to improve our online visibility.
•    Performance Analysis: Closely monitor and analyze the performance of our campaigns, deriving insights to enhance our marketing strategies.
•    Video Content Production: Develop engaging video content that aligns with our marketing goals.
•    Software Release Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns for new software releases, showcasing Salexor's capabilities.
•    Exhibition Planning: Coordinate and participate in industry exhibitions to promote Salexor to a broader audience.

Who We're Looking For
•    Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•    SaaS Marketing Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a well-rounded background in brand, channel, performance, and integrated campaign marketing.
•    B2B Marketing Proficiency: Minimum 3 years in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of launching successful integrated campaigns.
•    Communication and Management Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and writing abilities, capable of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
•    Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong copywriting skills.
•    Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and a solid understanding of SEO strategies.
•    Analytical Skills: Ability to track and report on marketing performance across various metrics and channels.
•    Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and capable of developing new processes to streamline workflows.
•    Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and collaborative skills, with the ability to lead projects across multiple teams effectively.
