About the role
We’re looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Tirana, Albania, and help us expand our presence in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries. In this role, you’ll be responsible you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, executing email and LinkedIn campaigns, and following up with new and existing contacts to create sales opportunities.
You will focus on researching prospects, conducting outbound outreach (via email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing tools), and qualifying potential clients based on their needs.

This is not a closing role—you’ll focus on opening doors and starting conversations. As part of a growing team in Albania, you’ll help build our outbound playbook and contribute to integrated sales and marketing strategies.You’re motivated, proactive, and not afraid of rejection. You enjoy connecting with people, asking smart questions, and learning fast. You see sales as both a skill and a mindset in order to build a career in software sales.

Your responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn, databases, mailing lists, and other research tools
• Email Campaigns & Follow-Ups: Execute targeted email outreach campaigns, manage follow-ups, and re-engage existing contacts 
• Outbound Engagement: Reach out to decision-makers through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book discovery meetings 
• CRM & Data Management: Keep prospect and company information accurate and up to date to ensure seamless handoffs to sales representatives
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align messaging, support campaign execution, and analyze engagement data
• Performance Tracking: Track and report outreach activity, meeting results, and conversion metrics

Role's requirements
2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Marketing Outreach
Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level)
• Availability to work from 10:00 to 19:00 (Albanian time) to align with US clients 
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in lead generation or appointment setting
Experience using CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hunter, or similar tools 
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, and the tech solutions that support them 
• Ability to work independently, and stay organized with multiple prospects and outreach campaigns 

Advantages
