About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the DevOps team responsible for designing and operating the Sirma AI Platform — our enterprise-grade AI orchestration system for building and deploying AI agents, teams, and workflows.

You will own the full distribution architecture: multi-cloud (AWS EKS, Azure AKS) and on-premise Kubernetes deployments, Harbor container registry operations, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and self-hosted infrastructure — enabling enterprise clients in Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, and other regulated industries to run the platform on their own infrastructure with full data sovereignty.

Your responsibilities:                                                                                       
• Team Leadership Lead and mentor the DevOps team, own infrastructure architecture decisions, and coordinate with R&D on release cadence and reliability.
• CI/CD & Release Engineering Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, operate the Harbor container registry, and manage the full release pipeline including image promotion and vulnerability scanning.
• Kubernetes & Deployment Manage multi-flavor Kubernetes deployments (EKS, AKS, on-premise, K3s), own Helm charts, support ArgoCD GitOps workflows, and design air-gapped deployment bundles for regulated environments.
• Infrastructure & Data Manage PostgreSQL, Weaviate, MinIO, Flyway migration pipelines, and HashiCorp Vault across production and customer environments.
• Cloud & Security Manage Azure and AWS environments, apply ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance practices, and define DR strategies.
• Monitoring & Observability Build and maintain the Grafana / Prometheus / Alert Manager stack across multi-cloud and on-premise deployments.

• GitLab: GitLab CI/CD — pipeline authoring, GitLab Runner management, self-hosted GitLab
• Helm: Helm — chart authoring, OCI registry, multi-environment values
• ArgoCD: GitOps — ArgoCD, GitOps methodology and workflows
• IaC: IaC — Terraform / Terraform Cloud, Ansible
• Scripting: Scripting — advanced Bash and/or Python
• Containers: Containers — Docker, Harbor or equivalent registry operations
• Databases: Databases — PostgreSQL management in production environments
• Azure Cert: AZ-104 certification or higher
