About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and spearhead market expansion efforts in Greece and Romania. The ideal candidate will have cybersecurity product sales experience and a passion for driving growth in new and emerging markets. The position will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team to establish a strong market presence. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be available to work on-site if required for client meetings or team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Greek and Romanian markets
• Qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up with prospects to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for reaching and exceeding sales goals
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, sales activities, and progress towards sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments to remain competitive and relevant
• Attend networking events and trade shows to establish relationships and generate leads
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales activities and results to the management team
• Effectively present cybersecurity products and services to potential customers, tailoring the approach to their needs
Role's Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales
• Expertise in sales and sales management, particularly in business development
• Experience in cybersecurity marketing or hands-on sales within the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes
• Independent work ethic, with the ability to thrive remotely and autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required
