About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming principles, database management, infrastructure, and security design. This role demands a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to independently solve complex problems in backend development.

Your responsibilities
• Design and implement backend components while optimizing system efficiency and conducting architecture reviews
• Build and maintain automation tools, testing frameworks, and technical documentation
• Support production systems through on-call rotation and incident response
• Collaborate across engineering, research, and sales teams to integrate innovations and support customer initiatives

Role's requirements
• 5+ years production code experience, including expert-level Python programming
• Strong distributed systems experience at scale, with deep knowledge of OS fundamentals (multi-threading, memory management, networking, storage systems, performance)
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and microservices architecture
• Production ML system experience (training/inference) with working knowledge of LLMs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML workload optimization
• Experience designing high-availability systems with focus on performance engineering, scalability, and stability optimization
• Maintaining production systems and implementing automation frameworks
• Database expertise across SQL/NoSQL systems combined with strong system monitoring capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
