About the role:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to take charge of administrative, office-related duties. The essence of the position is to maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
You should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Your responsibilities:
• General office administration and management of office supplies
• Preparation of documents and maintenance of registers
• Active communication with suppliers and vendors, management of incoming as well as outgoing shipments
• Meeting of clients and guests, management of correspondence, emails, and telephone communication

Role's requirements:
• Open, friendly, and communicative personality
• Warm, tactful, and patient approach in communication
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS office 
• Good command of English (Verbal and Written)
• Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as an advantage
