About the role
We are expanding our footprint in the Balkans region. We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and motivated Cybersecurity & AI Sales Representative in Albania to lead our business development activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the region.
Your responsibilities
• Business Developer at Heart – You identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across Albania and neighboring markets (Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro)
• Sales Driver – You lead the entire sales cycle from first contact to negotiation, deal closing, and post-sale relationship management
• Trusted Advisor – You present and deliver impactful demos and proof-of-concepts that clearly show the value of SAIFORT’s cybersecurity and AI solutions
• Relationship Builder – You nurture long-term partnerships with clients, resellers, and strategic allies to grow regional presence
• Market Explorer – You stay ahead of trends through research and competitor analysis, spotting opportunities before others do
• Brand Ambassador – You proudly represent SAIFORT at events, trade shows, and networking gatherings across the Balkans
• Cross-Team Collaborator – You work hand-in-hand with marketing and technical experts to craft tailored proposals and ensure client satisfaction
• Insight Provider – You deliver regular reports and data-driven insights that help shape company strategy
• LinkedIn Voice – You actively promote SAIFORT online, building visibility and thought leadership in the cybersecurity and AI space
Role's requirements
Education & Experience
• Educated Professional – You hold a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Proven Performer – You bring at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or IT solutions
• Experienced Account Manager – You’ve successfully managed key accounts or regional portfolios, ideally across multiple Balkan markets
• Target Achiever – You have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals with other software products, giving you a strong grasp of solution-based sales
• Procurement-Savvy – You understand public sector and B2B procurement processes and how to navigate them effectively
• Sharp Negotiator – You confidently handle pricing, contracts, and SLAs, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
• Regional Traveler – You’re flexible and ready to travel across Albania and nearby markets to grow our footprint (Type B driving licence required)
