About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sofia. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative activities and supporting both our employees and management. You will be involved in a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, helping to coordinate internal processes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that our office runs efficiently. Collaboration, communication, and a positive attitude are essential, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across different teams to support daily operations and contribute to a pleasant and well-structured work environment.

Your responsibilities:
• Support the HR and Accounting department with documentation, reports, and administrative processes
• Coordinate business trips and required documentation
• Assist management with internal initiatives and events aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction
• Preparation and processing of documents, maintenance of company registers and records
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and renovation activities with management and relevant service providers
• Active communication and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
• Management of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth logistics
• Meeting and greeting clients and guests, as well as handling correspondence

Role's requirements:
• Open, friendly, and communicative personality
• Warm, tactful, and patient approach in communication
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS office 
• Good command of English (Verbal and Written)
• Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as an advantage
