About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the outsourcing industry.
Your responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, focusing on clients that would benefit from our company services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points to position the company effectively.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Role's requirements:
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing or B2B services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of outsourcing models, benefits, and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English.
