We are growing rapidly across six verticals — Fintech, Healthcare, Insurance, Hospitality, Logistics, and Cross-Industry — and are looking for a driven, technically fluent Sales Representative to accelerate our expansion across the EMEA region.
About the role and product
As a Director of Sales & Partnerships for EMEA, you will be the face of Sirma AI to enterprise prospects, partners, and decision-makers across the region. You will own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and qualification through to commercial negotiation and contract close — working closely with our solutions and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct influence on company growth. You will be joining at an early stage of our go-to-market expansion, which means significant opportunity for advancement as the team scales.
Your responsibilities
• Own and drive the full EMEA sales pipeline — prospecting, qualification, demo delivery, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Identify and target enterprise prospects in key verticals (Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, Hospitality) across EMEA markets
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to C-level stakeholders, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams
• Develop and nurture relationships with Solution Partners and Referral Partners in the Sirma Partner Program
• Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to craft tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pilot programs
• Represent Sirma AI at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across EMEA
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM
• Provide structured market feedback to Product and Marketing teams — competitive intelligence, objection patterns, and vertical insights
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets for new business and expansion
Role's requirements
• 3 years of proven B2B software sales experience — enterprise or mid-market, full-cycle preferred
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical buyers
• Experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO, COO) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Skilled in negotiation, deal structuring, and navigating procurement and legal processes
• Proactive, self-driven and analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address data-related challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English
Advantages
• Previous experience selling AI, automation, data platform, or enterprise integration software
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment models — cloud, on-premise, hybrid, air-gapped — and the security/compliance concerns that drive buying decisions
• Existing network in Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, or Logistics in EMEA
• Experience working with partner/channel ecosystems (referral, reseller, or SI partners)
• German language proficiency — written and spoken. Strongly preferred for coverage of DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Proficiency in additional European languages (French, Dutch, Italian, or other EMEA languages) is a plus
