About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and further develop our recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing effective talent acquisition strategies that support the company’s growth across multiple business units and technology verticals.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to identify current and future talent needs, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process across the organization.
This role also includes leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring continuous improvement of recruitment processes, and implementing best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and quality across the company.
The position requires a strong understanding of the IT talent market, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment execution.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Develop and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with Sirma’s business growth and workforce planning.
• Partner with leadership teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across different business units and technology verticals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.

Recruitment Operations
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Ensure efficient and consistent recruitment practices across all teams.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously improve and optimize hiring processes to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.

Talent Acquisition Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Set clear recruitment priorities, goals, and performance expectations for the team.
• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve recruitment effectiveness and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen Sirma’s employer brand in the technology and digital sectors.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and marketing teams to promote Sirma as an employer of choice.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, job platforms, social media, and direct search.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance to managers throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and recruitment outcomes.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
• Track recruitment performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide regular reports and insights on hiring progress, pipeline status, and talent market trends.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback.

Required Skills

Role's requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or similar) are considered an advantage.
• Experience recruiting for technical and IT roles,
• Previous leadership or managerial role within recruitment
• Experience leading and developing recruitment teams
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and modern sourcing platforms
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Fluency in English
