Job Summary:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital campaigns, creating and executing engaging content across our websites, social media, and email. You’ll help generate leads, boost customer engagement, and work on exciting global initiatives that will shape our brand presence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop a variety of engaging content across channels, including articles, blog posts, case studies, website copy, and more, tailored to our audiences to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a content calendar across social media channels to maintain a consistent voice, engage followers, and grow our audience. Monitor and respond to engagement, comments, and messages in alignment with brand tone.

Video Production & Editing: Coordinate the production of video content, including product explainer videos, training materials, customer testimonials, and event recaps.

• Email Marketing Campaigns: Create, plan, and deploy effective email marketing campaigns to promote new releases, product updates, and company announcements. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize content for engagement and open rates.
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales team from different global offices to plan and execute lead generation campaign campaigns
• Website Updates and Optimization: Assist in managing and updating content on the company website, ensuring SEO optimization, accuracy, and visual appeal to improve user experience and search ranking.
• Event Planning and Trade Show Participation: Support marketing efforts for trade fairs and industry events, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure all digital marketing activities are consistent with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven digital marketing experience, ideally in a software or B2B environment.
• Fluent English with strong copywriting skills.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
