Your responsibilities

Application & platform administration
Administer self-hosted platforms such as GitLab, Redmine, and SVN. Support CI/CD processes, Docker/Kubernetes environments, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Maintain Linux environments, including RHEL and Ubuntu, as well as MySQL and PKI/SSL/TLS infrastructure.
Internal & client systems support
Ensure high availability and reliability of internal and client-facing infrastructure. Collaborate with project teams and client IT teams on capacity planning, environment provisioning, troubleshooting, incident response, and escalation processes.
Compliance, documentation & reporting
Support alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA requirements. Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, recovery runbooks, and technical documentation. Report infrastructure status, risks, and improvement areas to vertical leadership and corporate IT stakeholders.
Collaboration & vendor management
Represent the vertical in corporate IT and security discussions. Align infrastructure projects with global standards and company policies. Manage vendor relationships, monitor SLA compliance, and lead cross-functional response during critical incidents.

Role's requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related role

• Strong skills in technical documentation and diagramming, with the ability to create clear, useful documentation for operational use and compliance audits
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and automation tools (including containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD) as they apply to infrastructure management
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, or similar) and a commitment to ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
