About the role:
You will participate in the creation of scalable and flexible web-interfaces. This position requires a strong hands-on developer that will fully participate in the software development process – design, development, unit testing, and technical documentation. Additionally, you will have a chance to work with dedicated top software engineers who believe in our company, our opportunity and one another. Your responsibilities:
• Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in a microservice architecture.
• Design, develop, test and maintain systems that represent the real-world intricacies of logistics entities, such as shipper, client, cargo, document, carrier, container, email etc.
• Collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry to work on complex business and technical problems.
• Work closely with business partners and product managers to distill complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.

Role's requirements:
• 5+ years of experience writing software with Ruby, and a strong engineering background.
• Еxperience in  design and architecture knowledge as well as familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design patterns
• Experience building large scale, high-performance systems in a complex, multi-tiered, distributed environment
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database management
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operations
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C, C++,  or Kotlin

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
