Job Summary:

For one of our departments we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and to support its daily activities.

What will include your main responsibilities?

  • Work with ERP system.
  • General office administration and management of office supplies
  • Preparation of documents and maintenance of registers
  • Active communication with suppliers and vendors, management of incoming as well as outgoing shipments
  • Meeting of clients and guests, management of correspondence, emails, and telephone communication
  • Organization of business trips and coordination of travel and accommodation for staff members
  • Participation in the organization of company events
