About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming principles, database management, infrastructure, and security design. This role demands a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to independently solve complex problems in both frontend and backend development.

Your responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and features specifications
• Contribute to architecture discussions, tech specifications and project estimation
• Mentor and manage a team of less experienced software engineers, providing guidance through code reviews and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
• Work independently to solve problems of different complexity with focus on priorities and business value
• Design and implement software solutions across multiple platforms and frameworks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure applications
• Communicate with the team effectively during the entire development life cycle
• Stay updated of technological advancements and continuously update your skills

Role's requirements
• 5+ years of total experience in software engineering
• Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, etc.) 
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Web API, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.)
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge of various software architectures, design patterns, CI/CD processes, DevOps practices
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently, organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
