About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming principles, database management, infrastructure, and security design. This role demands a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to independently solve complex problems in both frontend and backend development. The person will be responsible for the integration of the CRM (Creatio) with surrounding applications, like web portals, mobile apps, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and more.

Your responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and feature specifications
• Contribute to architecture discussions, tech specifications and project estimation
• Work independently to solve problems of different complexity with a focus on priorities and business value
• Design and implement software solutions across multiple platforms and frameworks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure applications
• Communicate with the team effectively during the entire development life cycle
• Stay updated on technological advancements and continuously update your skills

Role's requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend/integration development
• Experience with C# programming
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Hibernate, Web API, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.)
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Economics
• Excellent spoken and written English
