Job summary:
EngView Systems has been developing CAD/CAM software for the packaging industry. It is specialized also in the development of software for the video measurement industry. In the last few years EngView released innovative cloud-based solutions and mobile applications.
We are hiring a talented graphic designer who is specialized in UI, UX and Visual Design.  If you're excited to be part of our team, EngView Systems is a great place to grow your career.

Main responsibilities:
• Work on company products – CAD/CAM software and related products, software for video measurement, web and cloud applications
• Create design solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications
• Identify design problems and devise optimal design solutions
• Participate in the development process from research, ideation, definition, through design, build, test
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes
• Present design solutions, gather and analyze feedback
• Communicate UI/UX ideas to the team
• Collaborate with different team members and project stakeholders
• Hand-off design specs to development team and stay involved in design implementation process
• Create and maintain visual assets like icons, splashes, other UI graphics
• Design of marketing materials for digital channels and print

Requirements:
• At least 4 years professional Design experience
• Strong graphic design skills
• Good understanding of UX design principles
• Experience designing for desktop (Windows-based apps), web and mobile (Android and iOS)
• Good understanding and experience designing responsive web sites and applications
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, Zeplin
• Good working level in English, both written and verbal
• Proactive, self-organized and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
• Online portfolio illustrating UI/UX/Visual Design skills

It will be an advantage if you have:
• University degree in a design related field or equivalent on-the-job experience
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
• Understanding of conducting User Research and Usability Testing
• Experience in prepress and preparing design files for print
• Experience in working with CAD or other engineering systems
• Experience in the packaging industry
