About the role and product
We're seeking a Solutions Consultant / Implementation Specialist to join our core delivery team and help them build Sirma.AI Enterprise. The platform is an advanced enterprise AI platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and scale intelligent AI Agents, Teams of Agents, and Agentic Workflows. We combine cutting-edge AI innovation with enterprise-grade security and flexible deployment options, delivering both cloud (SaaS) and on-premise solutions that keep organizations in complete control of their data and AI operations.
You'll be the critical bridge between technical capabilities and business requirements, working across multiple industries including finance, hospitality, logistics, retail, healthcare, and insurance. This is a client-facing role where you'll discover needs, design solutions, conduct demos, and guide implementations that deliver measurable business value.
Your responsibilities
• Lead discovery with enterprise clients to understand challenges, opportunities, and industry-specific needs
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and AI agent configurations
• Identify high-ROI use cases and document success criteria, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Design vertical-specific AI agent teams, workflows, and multi-agent orchestration strategies
• Create custom agent configurations and map client data and systems to knowledge-base needs
• Design and run rapid pilot programs (4–8 weeks) that demonstrate clear business value
• Map client data sources and systems to knowledge base requirements
• Support onboarding, deployment, agent configuration, and client training
• Develop vertical templates, playbooks, documentation, and pre-configured industry solutions
Role's requirements
• 5+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, implementation, or management consulting roles
• Proven success delivering enterprise software implementations and working with C-suite stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate ROI and value
• Solid understanding of enterprise architectures, integrations, APIs, databases, and data workflows
• Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems
• Industry experience in at least two target verticals (finance, hospitality, logistics, retail, healthcare, insurance)
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, common business processes, and pain points
• Awareness of digital transformation and AI adoption trends
• Excellent presentation, demo, writing, and audience-tailored communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
