About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Back Оffice Аdministrative Аssistant to join our team and provide essential support to one of our key departments. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contribute to the efficiency of our team.
Your responsibilities:
• General office administration and management of office supplies
• Preparation of documents and maintenance of registers
• Prepare and manage various accounting documents to ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain active communication with suppliers and vendors, and oversee both incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Greet clients and guests, manage correspondence, and handle email and telephone communications professionally.
• Organize business trips, including coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff members if necessary.
• Supports in the preparation, processing, and submission of tender documentation for public procurement such experience is considered an advantage
Role's requirements:
• Open, friendly, and communicative personality
• Еxperience with an ERP system
• Warm, tactful, and patient approach in communication
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good command of English (Verbal and Written)
• Previous experience on a similar position will be considered an advantage
